Carluke High Mill

Community Focus Group & Engagement Day
An opportunity to have YOUR say!

Our Focus Group Needs You!

Carluke Development Trust (CDT) is looking to acquire Carluke Hill Mill for the benefit of Carluke's communities and the surrounding area.

Working with Carluke Development Trust, Ergadia Museums and Heritage will be running a focus group allowing people from the local community to have their say on how Carluke High Mill is developed to become a new sustainable asset for the local community.

The group will be friendly and informal and will explore what could happen at the High Mill site through a series of creative exercises.

We are interested in everyone’s view and the Focus Group will aim to bring together a range of individual and collective interests including representatives from organisations in the area.

The Focus Group will take place SATURDAY 28th October, from 2pm - 5pm at Lifestyles Leisure Centre, Carluke

Community Engagement Day

If you can’t make it along to our focus group, we will also be having a Community Engagement Day SUNDAY 29th October, drop-in from 2pm - 5pm at Lifestyles Leisure Centre, Carluke. This will be open to everyone in the community. There will be a large scale collaborative storyboard and interactive map, with something for all ages.

It's really important we have as many people as possible at both events in order to demonstrate that the voices of the community have been heard. Please confirm your attendance for either above events by contacting: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Hope to see you there!
